"Vintage Caruso Merchandise
Part 2: More Stuff"
By Dave Caruso

A bumper sticker. We had our own hotline, and the last four numbers spelled
"R-O-C-K."  We put it on lots of merchandise so that people would call the hotline and know where to find us next.

Here's an address book with our hotline and the "Celebrate Life" tag line that the band used around the time of "I Love You...And Other Stories." Our first button, with the "splashed-on" logo.

Several colleges promoted their event with unique giveaways.  During the week before we played a Valentine's Day dance, one school distributed homemade Caruso Valentine buttons.  Posters advertising the dance continued the theme.

This V.I.P. card got our "regulars" into shows with discounts off admission, merchandise, etc. Later, we switched to hard plastic, so the V.I.P. cards would last longer.

My brothers and I played a lot of outdoor concerts.  One annual concert we always looked forward to was the Fourth of July fireworks display kickoff.  At these outdoor concerts, we would toss out frisbees with our logo.  On the underside were stickers with our mailing address and telephone hotline.
