In the mid-to-late 1980s, a group of four brothers hailing from Trenton, Michigan, and known simply as "CARUSO," spread  their infectious power pop to twenty-one states and Canada. During their career, the Caruso brothers polished off seven singles and three extended-play albums, while headlining concerts at colleges across the Midwestern U.S.

Although they stopped touring in the mid-1990s, they re-surfaced in 2000 and soon afterward began playing reunion shows about once a year.  The brothers feature originals and covers in the familiar CARUSO style, supported by original band members and friends on lead guitar.  Below you'll find links to photos from past reunion shows.

Fan Comments:

"I was working as a DJ at the Canada Tavern (one of the largest bars in Windsor, Ontario) in the early 80’s, when I first got a chance to meet Caruso. These four brothers would pack the place every time they played here and I swear the next day the building would have to be put back on its foundations. The Canada Tavern is gone now but the memories will always live on."

"I'm a Caruso fan from the early 80's and I just ran across this website and couldn't believe it!  I'd like to get a copy of that CD Caruso: The Albums as well as your solo stuff.  I do have an original copy of The White Album but would love it on that CD so I can listen to it in my car.  And  please add me to your mailing list.

I checked your website out and LOVED all the old pix!  I didn't realize you guys started out in the 70's when you were just kids (ah, love the afro and beard, Dave)!  I think it was Joe that I had a crush on!  I remember seeing Caruso at a bar when I was barely 19!  I can't remember the name of the club but I know it was Downriver I think near Trenton.  Seeing those pix of Pier 500 brought back some fond memories."

Lisa

"I'm a fan from way back in the day!  My friend Jessie and I came to a number of your shows downriver and had a great time watching you perform.  Glad to see you're still around."

Jennifer

"I absolutely love your song I Can't Be On TimeI was looking at your web site and I jotted down the date for your Caruso reunion!  I hope my sister is in town then, that'd be great!"

Phyllis

"Okay, I work with a gal who was telling me about this awesome guy who has a band called Caruso.   We laughed hysterically because I am a Trenton High graduate and I grew up, literally, with The Caruso Brothers, as you were originally called way back when.  I am very good friends with your old neighbors, the Gardner family, whose daughter had a gigantic crush on Rob.

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you your website is pretty awesome.  The photo gallery brought back a lot of good memories of growing up.   Thanks!  So, who of the fab 4, if any, are single?  My favorite has and will always be Joe.  Sorry Dave!"

"Hi Dave.  I'm an old fan and friend. I was thinking about you and your brothers the other day and thought I'd search the Internet. It was a pleasant surprise to find your website and I must say, you've done a nice job. It was nice to reminisce of my younger years and it was also nice to see Jake's still around."
