The City of Lincoln Park's 75th Anniversary and the kickoff of the first annual Downriver Cruise was a smash success last Friday at Memorial Park.  Dave Caruso & The Room Upstairs played two rockin' sets through a giant P.A. to about 200 people in the park under a perfect sky.  The band was also pleased to be joined by Rob and Joe Caruso.
